So sad to see the summer go, but I don't think I will ever be tired of sunshine and long days. The first two weeks in September were pretty stressful. One of those month when I convince myself that I should be doing something more with my life, and when I try, I fall flat on my face. Thanks to all the alcohol, and cake (provided by the love of my life) I am recovering just fine.
Other than that not much fun going on, accept for some great ideas boiling in my head. Still loving my life, never knowing what is going to happen one month in advance, but hell...I love it.
Thanks for my hubs for all the support and smiles.

The Golden Boy's Golden Birthday
Andy requested for his 28th Birthday to be celebrated at the cabin. After over week's worth of planning, running around and collecting things, we were ready to go out in the middle of nowhere and celebrate with lots of delicious food and alcohol. We decided to repeat the alcohol stuffed pinata, which was very hard to hit with the golf ball. So the next decision was to hang it off a tree and proceed to hit it with a golf club. While everyone was taking their turns to get their tiny bottles of alcohol, I was down below cooking amazing burgers.
Boys being boys
Andy, Even and Bella (and the patio furniture Andy brought up)
Our pinata holding a bottle of Jose
MC taking her turn
I really should take a lesson or two, maybe I will not come close to dislocating my shoulder.
Brendo is pretty good at this.
Anna, enjoying her lolly-pop, while Brian tries his luck.
It does look like I am about to hit some people with this golf club, but actually I was trying to figure out less awkward way of swinging (I guess I could have hit some people while attempting that).
Mark enjoyed the extreme golfing.
Setting the right atmosphere, even in the woods.
Cigar & Pinata time!
Semi-sober and happy.
Andy lighting his cigar - urban cowboy style.
Andy making his birthday boy rounds with every guest attending.
Me, probably drinking water.
Bella very quickly bonding with MC and Kali, because they were the ones occupying her couch.
The breakfast was so yummy. Grilled bagels, eggs, cheese and bacon.

Cool Summer Days
Looking back at this summer I realize that it has been the most exciting and most productive. I managed to go on a lot of hikes, visit family and friends, enjoy four weddings and partake in most of the events downtown. I feel sad to see the summer days end, because I am not quite ready for the Winter to begin.
Even and Ivy put up the Tee Pee in the back yard. It is pretty comfy on the inside.
Driving my favorite vehicle. Pretty much have to turn the steering wheel 100 degree to either side to keep this thing going straight.

The Red Dress & Other Happenings
Such an amazing feeling when you get to see the people you have not seen for a very long time. As soon as you see them again you forget the fact that you have not been able to visit with them for over a year. Andy and I got to hang out with Jimmy while he was here on a short visit. I am still working out the possible nicknames to go with his new facial addition.
Hanging out at the Emerson Cultural Center after visiting Tart.
I love my dress, but every time I put it on I think of this for some reason...
Taking some goodies to Kali's good-bye party.
